Flavio Andreoli Bonazzi graduated in Hydraulic Engineering and earned a PhD in Energy Engineering, and has spent several years working in the renewable energy sector in Italy and abroad. He has 
studied the renewable energy market in various countries and worked on the planning and development of production plants. He has worked in contact with major national and international regulatory institutions in the electricity market, acquiring competencies in both technical and regulatory spheres. He has been Managing Director of Hydrowatt SpA since 1999, of Hydrowatt Lombardia SpA since 2008, and now of Epico Biomasse srl too, as well as being President of EPICO and of EPICO USA Inc.

Thanks to his experience, in his capacity as Managing Director, he now directs and coordinates all of EPICO’s economic and financial planning. He has also been Managing Director of the subsidiary Hydrowatt Abruzzo SpA since 2002.
